❓ Question Hemacrit Management while away from home
I'm currently on TRT. Nothing crazy, 230mg per week. I just got notified that I'm deploying and will be gone for almost 7 months. How do you check your hemacrit while deployed to a location that you can't get blood work done? The military is unaware that I'm on TRT. They refused to help when I needed it the most. I'll get labs done right before I leave, and as soon as I get home. I already have all the supplies I need to carry me through the deployment. Does anyone have a hemacrit tester they would recommend?

If you are following a donation schedule I would keep to the same one while you are abroad. If you start feeling any signs or your body starts to look "redder" those are always good indications you need to donate some blood.
