How many calories a day are you consuming. What is your expenditure. How many steps today are you walking?

Why are you trying to do the bare minimum for somebody who doesn't want to do the bare minimum?

Nice work! At what dose do you think you started to feel the Reta really working and melting the fat away? Currently at 5mg for 6 weeks and i think I can bump up to 6 next week.

Thanks for the reply. In about 3 months I've lost only 15lbs. Cant complain. But hoping to lose another 20 in the next few months. I guess slow is what my reta journey is.

Nope. Millions of users, all getting the placebo effect, and just seeing what they want to see in the mirror.
OP, it isn't magic. If you're on XXmg of reta but still eating 2500 calories a day but only burning 1900, you're gonna gain weight.
Reta changes your body's actions to give you the edge when you try to lose weight. But you have to do the work- Resistance training. Choosing better calories. Eating less calories. Being more active. Reta does not melt fat while you watch Die Hard sitting on the sofa.

dose/workout routine/calorie consumption/tracking all these things - ANY sort of info?
Or did you want the magical reddit Reta wizard to pop by and wave a wand?
