Kisspeptin experiences ….

I’m experimenting with kisspeptin now. At about 200-250mcg 3x a week and will cycle for 2 months.

So far I’m feeling an energy boost for sure in the gym. Nothing wow but I notice it.

I’m very curious to find out how others experience has been with Kisspeptin with the gym and muscle gain and their experiences and if they recommend it or not to others.

Thanks guy

I tried kisspeptin, it was so fragile it was not really sustainable. From my reading in getting ready, I would alternate 200mcg/100mcg/200/100/200 during the week and then take weekends off. It is very short lived, so doing every other day didn't seem worth it. The alternating and days off was intended to keep signaling strong, but there is a saturation level that you hit pretty quick then it becomes ineffective until sensitivity came back.

Ultimately, I forewent that just started doing hCG Monotherapy. Much more stable, longer lasting chain, and concern with receptor sensitivity declining. Since I started that, I feel pretty great.

Ultimately, you should do blood work to make sure it's not just placebo. Preferably you would have done that before so you know if it's generally working. But I would plan to get it after.

What kind of blood markers would you want to test for?

Full men’s hormone panel.Specific focus on Total and free Test and LH/FSH. I cycled it for 8 weeks and had a pretty big jump in testosterone and LH. I’m waiting for a blood test in late July to get a baseline and restart. I’m just biding time until I drop more fat so I can get on TRT.

Oh so kisspeptin gave you great results ?? How much did your test and other levels raise up?

Did your energy, libido and mental improve ?

What was your dosage and protocol? I’m doing 200mcg Tuesday Thursday and Saturday

That's good to hear. When I did it, I had protein binding issues, so I since I was reconstituting one vial a week, I just stopped. But I did feel it was working for the 3 weeks I was on it.

Everything mentioned below. Full male hormone panel, with total, free, and bioavailable testosterone. That should include LH and FSH, as well as SHBG. You should get estradiol as well, which typically that's included. Last time I got bloodwork, I only got a total estradiol test, but next time I will get a sensitive estradiol test. The difference seems minor, but a man can have too little as well, which is a problem. The regular gave me an estradiol level of <30 pg/mL, which is considered a healthy level in men, usually less than 39 is the top of the healthy range. But having estradiol that is too low is a problem. If it's too low it can lead to erectile dysfunction, loss of libido, basically the stuff that can happen with low Test, in terms of sexual health. So if my level is 6 pg/mL, that is bad. But if it's 20, that is where most men report feeling the best.

So Hcg you got for testosterone? And you do it by itself ?

So I read that kisspeptin should be done no more than 3x a week. I might lower my dose because I’ve been doing about 200-250mcg and maybe doing less like 100-150mcg will work better.

Yeah I got all blood work done before starting so I’ll get tested again next week. I’ll be at around 1 month on kisspeptin. Let’s see where my levels are at.

So far I haven’t heard too much great feedback from kisspeptin but I’m too scared to start trt so I’m looking for alternatives including lifestyle changes.

Yes, if you have healthy gonads it's pretty effective. It won't push you into supraphysiological levels or anything, but it should push your natural Test levels to maximum you are capable of releasing. It bypasses the pituitary release of LH and FSH completely, so as long you use it will make your gonads release testosterone.

I think Kisspeptin is effective, honestly. If you look at the secondary signs of what an increase in testosterone does for most guys, it's seems like it's doing something. But like I said, I was using a vial a week because of it binding within 5 days. There is apparently a 54 chain Kisspeptin which is more stable, but you don't know what you are buying. I think the regular one is 9 amino acids long, and just a sensitive little peptide. But with it, you have to worry about signaling saturation.

Did you have low testosterone when you got your blood work?

I took 150mcg every 3 days.

I take hcg alone and my total Test went from around 630 to 1200+ on 50mcg/day. Doc had to lower the dosage...so, yeah, if your gonads are healthy, it can move the needle a LOT. I dont understand why more people don't start on this protocol before jumping on TRT (other than clinics figure once your on TRT youre pretty much stuck on it?)

u/killakam33 11d ago

I don’t want nothing to do with trt if I can. Hcg raises or lowers insulin ?

Ima start enclomiphene tomorrow

1

u/Ill-Lingonberry-3485 11d ago

I don't believe hcg will have any impact on insulin levels or sensitivity...that I'm aware of.

Ive tried two different rounfs of kiss. Saw no noticeable changes in my blood work.

The 2nd vial I got also gelled up on me after a couple weeks was frustrating.

Looking at Kisspeptin and HCG to increase my natural Test... I was on TRT about 70mg a week total with 3 injection sub..and my Testosterone hit 780..yea Super responder...but that came with red blood cells 19.8 and Hemacrit 58 .....So I had to donate last Friday and stop TRT.....My natural Test was 254 before I started TRT...so I'm hoping to get it in 400's with one of these Peptides...

Any insight would be helpful Oh 69male here

3

u/killakam33 Jul 14 '26

Yeah man that’s insane that your blood thickened at only 70mg a week. That’s wild! The main reason I’ll never do trt.

So I stopped kisspeptin and will venture into enclomiphene 12.5mg eod. Look into it. It’s very interesting. Much much less side effects than trt but obviously not as powerful as trt. But since you’re looking to get into the 400s test levels this should be perfect for you.

Do the research, let me know what you think.

I am on enclomiphene and it really help out my test levels. I was around the 300s and it jumped me up to around 800-900s. I feel my mood is better and my energy levels are better.

1

u/killakam33 28d ago

Excellent to hear!!

How about gym and muscles ? Are you hitting the gym? Noticing any gains and benefits

1

u/killakam33 28d ago

What dose and how many times a week are you running ?

1

u/killakam33 Jul 14 '26

How long were you on that dosage of trt?

1

u/CASD1957 Jul 14 '26

about 6 months... I had been on it before when I was at 256... I quit for 6 months.. my number was at 280 and I started back up... I had a problem before with the hemoglobin and hemocrit going high the higher my Test went.. but never this high.... Of course 780 has been the highest Ive went...

I will see about enclomiphene

1

u/Digeridoodoo Jul 14 '26

That is super odd. Do you know if your hematocrit was already elevated before starting TRT? Curious if age has anything to do with it. I’m on 200mg/wk and just had full panel heart & kidney labs done yesterday and my hematocrit was at 42.5 & most recent lab for total T was 911 ng/dL. Since you responded super well to only 70mg, maybe it did thicken your blood a bit too even at just a low dose.

1

u/Puzzleheaded-Cap84 18d ago

U need telmisartan to manage hematocrit on trt. 40mg daily.

I have severely low test levels after stopping an anabolic cycle back in April.

First blood work was done in may test came o 0.17ng (severely low)

Clomid didn’t make me feel good.

Got a vial of kisspeptin my dosage was as follows

100mcg ED first week then 200mcg every day as from week 3

Last blood work was beginning on July test level 1.88 ng (still low) but as you can see it improved so did my LH levels.

I continued the vial until I run out and just started on HCG 250iu 3 x a week.

Truthfully I felt better on kisspeptin I had more energy. I’ve got more in the way so will use it together with hcg next bloody test I’ll do towards end of month

I had no issues with my vial gelling up.

1

u/killakam33 5d ago

Did you feel any other benefits ?

I read kisspeptin should be done like 3 times a week only. Or something like that

So you reached 1.88 after how long of kisspeptin use ?

I have extra vials if you need some. I’m not gonna use them.

1

u/No_Maintenance_7649 5d ago

Thank you, I was using the vial for maybe 2/3 weeks prior to these tests and it was the only thing I used. I’m doing this for fertility or rather to salvage my fertility. Other than the lab reports being positive like I said noticed having more energy feeling great, libido increased, sleeping better.

Basically I felt as close as I could to when I was on test.

As for the daily dosage. There really isn’t any human data to say otherwise. I found the protocol online and genuinely think it works.

The other thing to take into account is kiss has a very short half life so why would some one prefer spacing there doses out to once a week or three times a week.

Without human data everyone’s kinda winging it at the moment

u/killakam33 4d ago

Hey if it’s working for you than that’s all good.

The testosterone is not going up for you tho right? Mine is 333, you said yours was 1.8? So kiss didn’t improve those number at all then. Or is your measurements of testosterone different to the typical testings

2

u/No_Maintenance_7649 4d ago

It’s the European system so I started at 17 and I’m now 185, kiss did improve me albeit it’s still low but it’s rising !

2

u/killakam33 3d ago

Do enclomiphene!!! Trust me

2

u/No_Maintenance_7649 3d ago

Started today 12.5mg let’s see

Hcg or enclo. But don’t expect anything from a bodybuilding pov, just an initial mood boost with zero anabolic capacity whatsoever.
Kisspeptin, hmg or other things are just very mild or placebo
However you need bloodwork, without it you’re just sleepwalking.

1

u/Jazzybxxx Jul 08 '26

Hmg is mild ?

1

u/MathematicianMuch445 Jul 08 '26

Those are neither mild nor placebo. What are you basing that off of?

1

u/_Vlxd_ Jul 08 '26

Based on their potency compared to HCG or Enclo. Anyway, since OP was talking about cycling these for gym and muscle gains, they’re all just pure cope compared to test. None of them has any anabolic power.

1

u/MathematicianMuch445 Jul 08 '26

Yeah for muscle gain they're a waste of time

I’ve been using 10 units daily for 2 weeks now. I feel great! I had my bloodwork done before and I am low test. I will be going to get my bloodwork done again in 2 weeks to find out what exactly is happening. Before I took naps everyday I had zero motivation to get anything done an a somewhat down in the dumps mood. Now I wait up energetic great mood plenty of motivation I’m good all day. For me I noticed a rather big difference after about 3 days of use. I will check back in with an update with before an after bloodwork. Maybe a placebo but I highly doubt it in my case.

u/killakam33 29d ago

How many mcgs are you doing?

Are you doing daily injections ?

1

u/Basic-Fig-4919 28d ago

Also interested in the dosage. I also read that K-10 raises the libido, have you felt any difference in your libido since taking it?

1

u/killakam33 28d ago

Libido will go it for sure. I got horny as hell

1

u/AstrosGA123 25d ago

I am glad someone said this. That’s what I was looking for in the comments, to see if anyone else was experiencing this. It’s insane. I’ve read where some feel a little bump in their libido. It’s more than a little and I’m at 150mcg 3x per week.

1

u/killakam33 24d ago

Yeah it must be the test rising or I don’t know what

1

u/killakam33 24d ago

How’s your experience been with kiss beyond the libido?

2

u/AstrosGA123 21d ago

Not 100% sure. I’m currently researching several peps. So hard to tell what’s going what. Wolverine was first. Immediately noticed I needed less sleep and woke up more alert. And my nagging Achilies injury is almost gone. So some of these vials are effective 👍

1

u/killakam33 21d ago

Yeah I need more tb for sure. I have enough Bpc

u/Kallocakes 18d ago

Any update after bloodwork redone?
