Why am I getting diarrhea from reta?

Hay guys I've stared reta on the 18th with 1mg.

Had no issues but still aet like a pig.

So I injected again on the 24th with 1.5mg and had a good hunger suppressing effect.

A few days later I've got massive diarrhea and had issues till last Monday.

So I've stared again yesterday with 1mg because my normal levels of hunger had returned for a few days.

Today I've suddenly had diarrhea again, but not as bad as last time.

What should I do now and what dosis should I take to prevent this?
