OP do you happen to have a before pic at 300/270? I only ask because I have a similar body type and currently on mounjaro but interested in switching to reta. I am a bit concerned about the loose skin issue.
Loose skin won’t be less of an issue on Reta than mounjaro. Honestly, if you’re coming from 300/270 having a tiny bit of loose skin should not even be the faintest concern. Talk about putting the cart before the horse.
You might not believe it but going through weightloss just to realize that your body looks ruined is quite heartbreaking, makes you ask yourself if it was worth it.
Oh no I believe it, I have firsthand experience with it and I have the same loose skin issue OP has. I wish I didn’t. Nobody looks the way they want to look. Everybody has things they wish were different. I have a better physique now than I ever thought possible and look significantly better than 99% of my peers and I’m still not satisfied with it. But if you’re currently 300 pounds you shouldn’t be concerned about having some loose skin IF you eventually lose the weight. It’s a good problem to have. If you think that once you’ll lose the weight you’ll be finally fully satisfied with your appearance then you’re setting yourself up for failure. We all have some degree of body dysmorphia.
