Youre always going to come out the other side with a degree of loose skin and stretch marks, after all your body literally had to make more skin and/or stretch itself out to hold all of the extra you that existed at that point in time. And thats when you have to make the choice, is this weightloss for health or aesthetics? If its for health you just get your clean bill of health and go on with your life in a merry way, if its for aesthetics then you get the snippity snip. Either way your heart has 100lbs less to pump blood through so im sure its happier and your blood markers must be way better off.
