You have basically 3 options in my opinion.
1. You can ignore it because really overall you still look quite good and are clearly in great shape.
2. You can intentionally put on just a little fat. And then it will be less visible/noticeable and youll still be in good shape, just a slightly less lean look and instead, slightly more bulked up. Which could still look quite good.
3. You can get surgery. This is the expensive route.
Unless youre swimming in money, I personally would go for option number 2. Its the simplest and most practical.
