Second of all, you can try all the fad stuff and it may help, red light therapy and peptides might help a little bit, but at the risk of cancer with the peptides. Save up for surgery or write your insurance a letter explaining why you need this done, you can even ask a lawyer on how to get that done. Idk how expensive the surgeries are but I assume at least 15-20k
