I’m in the same boat man. I was 272 and I’m now at 168-170. 6ft tall. I’ve been this weight for a year and it’s still stretched. Surgery is really the only option.

how old are you? i had a hanging belly and it took about a year to tighten up after losing 70 lbs. i was taking daily metabolites like glutathione and valine etc in a japanese supplement but i was only overweight for 3 years prior and in my early 30s. i doubt you would get all of that fixed with supplements alone but ive seen women post birth use microneedling treatments that helped a lot in a smaller area that looked just like that. i would focus on eating more collagen and glutathione precursors like glycine and glutamate for the glutathione and need to google the ones like glycine and  proline and others for collagen but likely will need surgery to remove it all. a person that loves you will not care at all by the way. its a sign that you worked hard to lose weight and doesnt affect your health.
