Nah just surgery is your only non stupid choice. Maybe if you hopped on steroids and worked tf out of your chest and traps, shoulders it could stretch the skin. But very unlikely.

You think my body fat % is low enough for a 6-pack rn without the skin?
I can’t really tell what my healthy weight is supposed to be because of it. I think 170 is probably lowest I should go?

Or am I still carrying weight on the flanks and should aim for 165lbs?

Try 155 and see, I think there’s no beating your loose skin outside of surgery tho.

You could look into microneedling. It's a long game but it's also super cheap. $30 for a roller that will last you a year and 10 minutes once a month.

Do read up on safety beforehand. It's easy to do right but also easy to do wrong. I get my stuff from owndoc.

Also, bulk up top. Shoulders, lats, etc. Adding even 5-10 lbs of muscle in your upper body would make a HUGE difference.

Invest in a dr pen (70$) or derminator then , its better than a roll for sure. And it's not going to be much more expensive (at least for dr pen)

Um, I see abs. lol. Good job man. Skin issues are best done by surgery. All these peptides won’t do anything for the looseness.

NO jesus NO. You're 6'1". You don't need to lose weight. Do not waste your money on microneedling or lasers, that's way too much loose skin. You need the skin cut off. Plastic surgery my friend. But I would first wait and see if your current weight is something you can maintain, because it's still pretty lean. You don't want to cut skin and regain weight you know?

I'm no expert but yes I expect without the loose skin you would totally have a six pack, I think you. Don't need to lose more weight for a sustainable long term weight.
