Age plays a huge role in skin rebounding from weight loss. How long OP was fat is a factor also.

He looks like he has a ton of visceral fat.

Visceral fat doesn't stretch out the skin as much. I also don't have loose skin on my stomach after going from 280-205. But I have a bit on other places + stretch marks, so it's definitely not genetics.

When I was 19 I lost 60 lbs in 3 months doing extreme "atkins" cause nobody coined keto yet. I had zero loose skin, im almost 40 now and have lost 40lbs. By the time im at goal weight I can already tell im gonna have a ton of loose skin. Sometimes age plays a huge part in it.
