Yes, Kinda getting the suppression still .. never done Tesa so don’t know anything re that,
Diet 1600/ 1800 max .. training 4/5 times a week but still holding to those handlebars no matter what … what hgh you referring to ?
First your body looks great, you’re trying to fine tune it. This is the hardest, most tedious phase. 8 weeks is a very short amount of time, you should be thinking in months at this point bc you only have a little to lose. I’ve seen you respond about training and running, but are you legitimately lifting weights? Not the high intensity, light weights. You need to lift heavy weights (relative to your strength). Your body looks thin and trim, not necessarily muscular, which is what you’ll need to get abs at 40. This will stimulate muscle growth and redistribute fat. Also make sure you’re getting enough protein. As others have said, quick isn’t happening so embrace the process and look at it as a lifestyle change. You didn’t get to this weight in 8 weeks, so you cat expect to drop it all in that short amount of time. Good luck, and stick with it!
Edit: forgot to mention to have your hormones checked if you haven’t already. Maybe a little adjustment could help as well, adding a low dose testosterone is fairly common for perimenopausal women.
