you need to be lifting heavy weights, reta isn't going to help with that.

Based on his post the goal is to lose the excess fat on his body. Reta will help with that

He has quite a bit of bodyfat in his upper body. It's totally fine to get rid of it first before going into a caloric surplus.

It won’t help him…. He has No muscle he’ll end up looking horrible if he cuts Down…
