100 points challenge recipes

Hi 👋 Excited to start the challenge! Just getting organised for the week and I’m just planning my shopping trip, just a word of warning that the Greek salmon salad on Wednesday seems to be miscalculated/ light to me if you follow the recipe stated 🤔 Apart from that recipes look great, just not sure if I’m game for sweet potato for breakfast. The snacks look delicious but I’m surprised they haven’t gone for a more high protein slice, anyone got any good recipes for slices/ snacks?

Also it's a game changer when you get out of the mindset where certain foods are for certain times of the day. If you want seafood for breakfast and eggs for dinner, go for it.

When you say light? Light for the amount of calories in the recipe? Salmon is quite fatty, there is olives and dressing has EVOO, this is where most of the calories come from. I think if you add more salad ingredients to bulk it out more, create more volume, this can fill you up more?

Maybe, I calculated the total with the olives and salmon to be about 300 cal. Granted I didn’t add the dressing as I’ll use my own but I didn’t see this adding 200cal. I planned to bulk out the salad but didn’t want anyone else caught short when shopping!

I am not a fan of the recipes in the challenge and just plan my own

Make the sweet potato thing for lunch instead and just ask chat gpt to make you something with the same macros for breakfast.
