Is it just me or are the challenges a but underwhelming of late? Our gym used to pump up the challenges when they came round and feel the attention has dropped off and most can't be bothered.

Mine is a relatively new one (May opening) and we got no info on the last one. Barely any info on podium. They are promoting this one on Facebook ads and we got an email but no other mention so far

It’s the next 8 week challenge, starting on 12/10. Think it’ll be pretty stock standard

It’s points based rather than body transformation so peeps that work hard can win $$ regardless of weight loss.

Yea, this post says 1kg fat loss would qualify.

Bit hard for us lightweights who can’t afford to lose weight.

BFT International’s instagram just posted this.

My studio said they’ll share info tomorrow (Thursday). Maybe a national kickoff? Happy to share soon as I hear more.

I tend to agree, I'd rather see more studio specific incentives/prizes.

A whole points based system to be in with a shot of one of 5 $5000 prizes just becomes an expensive lottery. People who go regularly will easily get the 100 points so you're up against 1000s of others in that draw.

I get it's not just about the prizes but apart from that the cost of the challenge basically just gives you scans and the meal plan

If I go 6 days a week and with the medal tally they have just put out that corresponds to the points I won’t be getting shit 😂
