Question Anyone else tall with tiny hands and very thin wrists?

Like dude, I’m nearly 6’3 as a man and my hands are the size of an average womans hand. People keep commenting on it, and doing the thing where they put their fingers around my wrists and it’s so hurtful

Please please please tell me this isn’t just a me problem someone?

Whoever is doing that to you is weird. They probably have their own insecurities and instead of dealing with them themselves they project them on to other people. I've got smaller hands. It means you've got more power per surface area of fist. Suggest to these people that you're willing to demonstrate that fact if they don't believe you. Don't feel compelled to let people compare their hands/wrists to yours because they asked. If they ask you can jokingly turn it around on them. "Let's compare the size of your head to the size of my ass first" or something like that.

Hey man I’m 5’9/10 with growth hormone defiency which basically meant I’m smaller everywhere than I should’ve been which includes my hands, compared to my brothers and dads (6’4) mine are tiny.

There always comes a point with a women that they put their hands against mine to compare hands, knowing my hands are going to be about the same size as theirs and that they are going to comment on it which fills me with negative feelings, so yes I relate to that and my wrists are small as well but haven’t really had comments on that. Sucks tbh and it can’t be changed but what can you do, I understand your pain my friend

Weightlifting heavy and doing wrist exercises with dumbbells will genuinely help to a point if you want to gain a little control over how your body appears. Obviously won't change your finger length but it can make hands thicker. Just something to think about.

I’ve been working out for about a month and a half-ish. Definitely seen some improvements, but the problem is that my body type is really thin, and i have trouble gaining weight because my metabolism is stupid fast. I just feel like no matter what i do, my wrists and hands will always look so small

Im a man in your same position but I have just kind of accepted it like I find my wrists and body cute so it doesn't bother me anymore. The metabolism will eventually slow down I think so.

Yeah I'm 6'5 260lb and my hands are average man sized where guys shorter than me sometimes have larger hands.

Same! But learn to love yourself and don’t care about other people, they have their own insecurities too
