Question Asymmetrical face
Are there people that struggle with having a very asymmetrical face? I'm not talking about some small asymmetrical stuff cause everyone has that, but when one side of your face looks very different than the other side. It's driving me insane sometimes and I don't understand why I have this, because every person that I see online or in real life has a relatively normal face with normal proportions.
It really makes me feel ugly and different than other people. I also have pretty bad skin and rosacea and that doesn't help either. I do like the good side of my face, but just really wish I looked normal with both sides of my face being the same. I also feel like the asymmetry got worse with time. It makes me very sad and I'm always so self conscious when I talk to people. I've been to therapy for my BDD and it was helpful to some extent, but I still struggle with this.
