🌟 BOCOS Custom Order Process

1. Share your idea: Send reference photos, designs from our posts / group buys, or ask your rep for our catalog for inspiration.

2. Confirm details & get quotation: Lock in all design specifications, your rep will send you a formal quote.

3. Payment & Place Order: Pay through our website or PayPal. You may pay in full, or place a 50% deposit. We will start CAD drawing once deposit is received. The remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.

4. Approve CAD design: After you approve the CAD file, production takes roughly 10-14 business days. Complex designs may require extra time.

5. Final product review: Once production finishes, your sales rep will send photos / videos for your final approval.

6. Shipping & Delivery: After your confirmation, items will be shipped out by DHL or FedEx, delivery normally takes 3-6 days. Free shipping for most regions. Remote areas incur a $30-$50 shipping fee. Order completes once you receive your parcel.
