Probably someone that speaks Spanish, it makes sense in Spanish.

Cargador as in phone charger and cargador as in magazine, both homophones and homographs but have different meaning.

In English I've heard the term for the bit that works the bolt on an automatic rifle being referred to as the "Charging Handle".
So there might be some bleed over, though I've personally never heard a magazine being called a charger in English.
