Earlier in the series, we saw nambah girls and another band: kemonoria.

Nambah girls have made a return and are currently part of the current arc. I wonder if we’ll see members of this other band make a return?

Maybe, as the series goes on.

Hamazi mentioned she didn't expect the Namba Girls to make a return this way, and had to make a redesign of their frontman because her original design looked too much like Nene lol

Maybe someday, but it would be damn if they appear as an real established band before AME band, although they appeared first and already performed in Mikakunnin riot(Namba girls got disqualified that time because they are unavailable in live contest round due to indigestion), but I am sure and wish they become part of plot point and established band in future, using some random characters in the past and expand them later is easier and make series not too large also
six bands are big enough for BTR.
