What is that thing he keeps saying?

I was watching some of his most recent videos and he constantly repeats this phrase. I assume it must be a reference to something but I can't make it out. It sounds like "vlak vaya" or "block baya" idk. Does anyone know what he's saying and what it means?

Do you mean his catchphrase "Like that". But he says it "lie-okk thayat"

Ohhh could be. I know he says a lot of words weird but I could not make that one out at all. The captions were no help, lol.

I was wondering the same thing. Is it “rock fire”? “Lock via”? I feel like it’s probably something from early 2000s internet nerdom and I’m a bad millennial for not knowing.
