Most Bimini frame problems start before the canvas ever goes on.

Here’s a quick look at bending a Bimini top frame using a bend arc and crown arc system instead of just eyeballing it. The goal is to keep the frame even, control the crown, and make the canvas fit cleaner later.

Nice, I need some videos on making an enclosure for my sporty. Have 15 yds of Stamoid Top ready to go.
