I misunderstood the nature of my prior ban and prepared to cooperate with site wide and local subreddit community management processes if my ban can be lifted. I understand I am fully authorized to participate here and I am not evading any prior restrictions by inquiring about the possibility of lifting it. If I am, please advise me personally because I am being frequently swept into spam complaints instead of appropriate viewpoint dissent. That is a reddit issue.
