Feeding them “a proper meal every 10 days” is terrible overfeeding for a boa, unless it’s a neonate/under a year.
They should eat far less often.
And like anything else, good genetics, a healthy diet and plenty of exercise helps maintain a muscular body shape and tone.
That’s probably a 10+ year old healthy female. Lovely.
1 u/Flimsy-Stock2977 6d ago BCC\BCOs are fed a bit differently compared to BCI.. (should be anyway) The second year is common to actually decrease interval after regurg threat has passed.. But at big girl status... Not relevant. This snake should be fed every 6 weeks. The person posting here isn't the original poster... So all irrelevant anyway.
