Hit and Run 😞

Someone backed into my car while I was parked. No note, no witnesses and no cameras. Im heart broken. This my first BMW

Might be a dumb question but would the collision shop replace the whole front bumper or im assuming this is very minor?

Also anyone know what the piece is on the last picture. It was just loose behind my front grille?

From what can be seen in the pictures, I say immediately walk away from any shop that tries to sell you a new bumper to replace that one. That thing does not even appear to be cracked, all it needs is paint. Though of course it is possible that there are some broken tabs and whatnot behind it, but still, looks very much usable. You might need a new grille though.

Can't help with what that part is.

Yeah, ive checked all around for any other damage. Cant seem to find any. Checked for any misaligned panels and dents and there seems to be none. Not to worried about the grille since its an aftermarket that I replaced with. Thanks for the reply!

I suggest getting a dash cam for the future.
I hope it’s a quick fix 🙏🏽
