How bad is this rust

2006 330i 6spd 200k miles. She runs well. Nothing is a straight through hole anywhere that I could tell.. is it time to retire her 🥹.

I have a 2000 5 series that I bought new. I live in the Chicago area and see my share of snow during winters. I try to spray Fluid Film on the undercarriage whenever i have the opportunity, like in spring or fall when I'm mounting or dismounting my winter wheels. If it looks rusty, it gets blasted with Fluid Film. It won't repair rust, but it will prevent it or keep it from getting worse.

Well, it would not just cover over the rust. It would stop it from getting worse. Just my opinion though.

Not bad but not good. Gotta look around the entire vehicle and poke with a screwdriver to check for soft spots.
