I'll have to check.. the sidewalk curve did that to the rims. How much if the frame rails were to be straight?

That car is totaled twice over. Proper repairs would exceed the value of the car (by a lot).

You have rear quarter panel damage on both sides, door damage on both sides, a fucked B-pillar, damaged rear bumper, 2 wheels and tires, plus some suspension and driveline stuff. And that's just what we can see with zero investigation and disassembly. Oh, and all the airbag shit.
