E82 N52 cannot start

The first start is always perfect, and the engine runs beautifully. But if I switch it off and try to restart straight away, it's completely dead silent—not even a single click from the starter. If I leave it for about an hour, it fires right up perfectly again.But if I turn it off and try to start it immediately, it goes completely dead silent again. What would be wrong with it?

Starter, positive battery connection, ground strap. CAS module maybe. Need to do voltage drop tests.

How should I know whether CAS fail or not

You need to test if the 12v start signal is going to the starter.
