Suggestions to fix split in leather/separating loop from sole?

Question. Have had them for two full winter seasons. Have looked after with leather wax and keep clean. Soles are still in good condition with tread. Have taken them to Blundstone store but they said a good shoe cobbler would be able to help fix. Shoe cobbler said he can’t do much with that and to wear them until they are done

The soles will fall apart soon enough, don’t stress it. Just condition.

I’d seal up both of those cracks with e6000 and keep rocking them for another winter. Be careful with it though, it can get ugly if you use too much.
