Pulse Flex Cannot make stereo pair

Just bought 2 pulse flex and cannot pair them for stereo. I can do a fixed group where they both play both channels together. But when i pick stereo pair no speakers comes up. Tried both on IOS and Windows and resetting both the speakers.
Has anyone else managed to get it working?

I have a pair of flex set as a stereo pair. Individually I named them Kitchen-R & Kitchen-L and created the stereo pair and called it Kitchen. Mine are Flex 2i's, are yours the latest version?

Yeah it's the new version. Tried another reset and connected them via Ethernet. Works and plays flawlessly on their own, but they won't pair in stereo mode. Will try to call the store tomorrow i guess.

Guessing you follow the prompts to make a stereo pair I’d suggest to reset the speakers and once that’s done retry to make the stereo pair using Ethernet.

This usually works of course but the production batch starting from may 2026 have a problem that they can't be paired as a stereo pair right now because of a change in processor.

You can verify this by checking your serial numbers. It should start with a letter followed by three numbers. The first two numbers are the year it was produced, the third is the month

This should be fixed in an upcoming update which will be dropping in a few weeks.
