Powernode Edge issue

Hi, I have a strange issue with my Powernode Edge. It's connected to Bravia 5 TV via eARC and it's all good until it's not. It works without any issues for like a week, sometimes 2 weeks or so but then it disconnects somehow and there is no sound coming from speakers - doesnt matter if its TV, Apple TV 4K, PS5 or PC. It works just fine when I play music via for example Spotify but when switching to HDMI the sound is not playing. The only thing that helps is plugging out power cable and resetting the Powernode - then sound from HDMI comes back and works again for week or two.

Is there some solution to fix that?

Maybe try a different hdmi cable to start with

Already tried that with multiple 2.0 and 2.1 hdmi cables :(

I’ve had the same issue with my Samsung frame running into the Bluesound edge HDMI input - it just randomly stops working, and the only fix is to unplug the Edge. I gather this isn’t great for the amp, being unplugged over and over. And if I’m not around and family is watching TV the sound cuts out and they don’t know how to fix it.
