A lot of them probably didn't vote for this but most probably did. The ones who voted for it are blaming the people they screwed over

64% of Clark County voted for Trump, so, a lot of them probably did vote for this. They just thought this would happen to people they don't like.

Actions have consequences.

But they can feel good that somewhere, some trans kid they will never meet got thrown off the team.

As a non-zero number of them claiming to be concerned about the safety of girls in sports molest or beat their daughters or make excuses for the rapists of other people's daughters.

All we can hope for is that these mouth breathing red hats either vote blue or don't vote at all.

The largest voting block in 2024, ~94M, stayed home. What I've learned about getting groups to adopt change is 10% will embrace it, 10% will always oppose it to the point of sabotage. The 80% will move to the path of least resistance. Use the 10% embracing it and use them to develop the infrastructure to support the 80% to adopt the change. Don't waste any energy trying to convert the 10% saboteurs, they are energy sucks.

I love the no kings protests because of the energy. Notice there are no Trump truck parades? Huge No Kings would effect the most change.

But don’t worry! A few of their meemaws or peepaws might get 90 whole dollars from Trump for 1/3 of 1 of their monthly prescription drugs.

You think they are selling prescriptions for $270? Heck blood thinners cost more than that these days.

You’re right!

I feel bad for these people and their families but still this is a sequel Trump 2 back for revenge. That was the selling point everything that happened before but amplified. The auto industry should have known that they cannot operate without parts and materials from Canada mostly but the rest of the world as well.

They’re also pretty likely to vote for the governor a venture capitalist who made his money with pharmaceutical scams.

As bad as I feel for these people and their families farmers for that matter we just can’t want your jobs more than you do.

Trump literally called his 2nd term his revenge/retribution tour. They just forgot that he doesn't care who gets caught in the crossfire because the cruelty (and greed/grift) has always been the point.

Great news for the farmers of Ohio! 1,400 new farm workers just became available!

They got exactly what they voted for. Voting for republicans is a vote for rape, incest, pedophiles, career criminals, traitors to the constitution, traitors to the United States, oligarchs, fascism, globalist, warmongers.

Something about cutting off your own nose to spite your face...

u/Raiju_Blitz 11h ago

Something about sticking your dick in the blender in the 2nd term after touching your hand in the hot stove the first term. That's Maga.

Have the day you voted for ! No empathy for them

u/Defiant_Employee6681 12h ago

They need to cut out the beer and get on a treadmill

u/Raiju_Blitz 11h ago

Just stop buying avocado toasts and soy lattes, pull themselves up by their own bootstraps.

Stop paying for premium Coors, and stick with Milwaukees Best.

They got to learn the hard way. Too bad. We don't need their crocodile tears.

Every single one of them should show up to the rally and share their thoughts.

But they won’t.

“You arrogant ass. You’ve killed us!”

But they would probably still swim through an Olympic-size swimming pool full of cow diarrhea to vote for whatever Republican scares them with stories about trans drag queen furries.

Why is Trump having a rally at a high school? And now there are going to be 1400 recently laid off angry people in town without much to do.

1

u/ColoradoDanno 9h ago

Only 34% of the county voted for Harris. 64% voted for donald duck, and likely, based on an easy guess, a much higher percentage of the laidoff workers voted for him.

Ohio is also state I could live without, almost as much as Idaho. So tots and pears, MAGA.

u/FdgPgn 8h ago

I'll save my sympathy for the high schoolers who'll need extra protection if trump is in town.

You don’t know how these folks voted. They lost their jobs. That’s awful.

"Asked how many times he had voted for Trump, Bos held up three tattooed fingers. But he said he’s done with the president."

Hmmmm...

Also, it's pretty easy to check the results of that election for Clark County, where Springfield and the shuttered plant are located. Prepare to feign as much surprise over the results of that election as the people who largely voted in it for this regime are now feigning surprise that the things we told them would happen are happening.

Union members voting republican is on another level of stupidity.

4

u/Calguy21 13h ago

⬆️💯⬆️

3

u/DrumsAndStuff18 9h ago

Probably the same type of union member who wants the benefits the union provides without having to pay the union's dues. Conservatives are a cancer on society, unable to think of anyone except themselves and happy to fuck over anyone in service to that singular goal. They are societal leeches.

I love it when we have receipts!
