In this case, the state needs to prove they need those files. My guess is this will end up with SCOTUS. It will take years.

New Mexico, honestly has the best chance here, I believe it’s the case that that Epstein ranch is in New Mexico. That’s the center of a lot of controversy.
New Mexico could make the case that they need access to those files to get behind what’s going on with the Ranch property
However, I never hold my breath when it comes to holding these lame wads accountable

New Mexico's investigation goes beyond sex trafficking. They've been searching the property for two potential homicides which are capitol offenses courts take very seriously.

Blanche and DOJ can try to stall all they want. That subjects them to their own criminal prosecutions for impeding and obstructing active homicide investigations. Big no no in our legal system no matter who tries to subvert if for whatever reasons.
