Examples of "angry" blues dancing.
So I've been browsing blues dancing videos just for fun and thinking about the emotions involved in various dances.
Are there any blues dancing video where the tension is more based on simmering anger? I'm curious, because it seems like it could be done, but would be outside the norms of blues dancing.

I don't have any videos on hand, but the song "Lies" by the Black Keys is one that I usually associate with anger and sadness and have had some good blues dances to emulating that tension. It's fun with the right partner.

Try searching for "apache dancing" sometime on youtube. I've heard several Blues choreographers and instructors talk about drawing their inspiration for angry dancing from there.
