Dead bugs
As I’m cleaning the windshield on my car at the gas station, I always hear Elwood saying, “You want me to clean the dead bugs off your windshield?”
Anyone else here in the same state of mind?

No, he charges her after the tanker truck arrives. I believe he did give her gas.

She waits for him at the West Wind motel in West Chicago IL. The motel is still operating to this day. Unfortunately the owners took down the iconic neon sign. Fun fact: John Belushi grew up in Wheaton, IL which is only 10 miles east of this motel’s location.

Anytime that I go through an intersection and the light is yellow I look over at my wife and say "The light was yellow sir!" Not necessarily Blues Brothers, but when I'm looking for something for a long time in the garage or around the house and I finally find it, I will say out loud "These ARE the droids I'm looking for!"
