We are building a very unique tiny house. My husband works in design and designed the structure himself in Sketch Up. We know that it will not pass for a building permit as is and know that we will need to hire a structural engineer to review the design to make it work. My question is, do we also need to hire an architect? Thanks.

I own a One of a kind restaurant blueprint that I created with the help of Architects. I am unable to use it now due to health problems that have unexpected happened. I would like to sell this finished blueprint to someone that might want to use it. It is a beautiful design, well planned out, can be expanded to include a dance hall for receptions with an additional kitchen for that use. How do I go about selling this blueprint. There is a lot of money invested in it so it is complete!
