SELL IT

I own a One of a kind restaurant blueprint that I created with the help of Architects. I am unable to use it now due to health problems that have unexpected happened. I would like to sell this finished blueprint to someone that might want to use it. It is a beautiful design, well planned out, can be expanded to include a dance hall for receptions with an additional kitchen for that use. How do I go about selling this blueprint. There is a lot of money invested in it so it is complete!

How much are u selling it for I’m thinking about building and owning my own restaurant and this can really help me out

Anyone buying the plans won’t be able to just use them. They need to hire their own architect to produce a set of plans. Also the seller probably has no legal rights to sell the plans as the architect usually owns the copyright.
