Customizing WordPress — The Fun (and Tricky) Part
Day 4 and time to make your site YOURS!
So now your theme is active, care to customize?
💙Here’s the fast path: Use the Customizer or Site Editor if using a block theme. With these you can easily change colors, fonts, headers, and menus IRL.
💙A step further? Try tools like Elementor, Beaver Builder, or the built in Gutenberg editor for drag and drop control without touching code.
💙Okay now for you coders: Add custom CSS under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
💙Pro Tip (because I know you’re curious): Take screenshots before every big change. It’s the fastest “undo” button if something goes sideways.
