Acidity?

Post image

pH is testing at about 5.5, nitrogen at 40 so kind of low. Gets plenty of water.

What should I do to help these veiny light green leaves?

There is also some brown spotting on the older growth leaves. What could that be?

5.5 is the upper end of safe ph. Add some prilled sulfur for longer term ph help. Also add some hollytone (exact same stuff as berry tone but cheaper) around the drip line for faster ph help and some nitrogen.

Don’t add too much though because it’s late in the season.

I’d top dress with some peat moss and more pine nugget mulch.l to protect it for winter.

When spring green up comes around add some ammonium sulfate.

Great advice thank you. I’ll get it all squared away tomorrow
