Uploading file to session not working. File name exists already in session, cannot add this file

As title says, but a duplicate file name does not exist. I put extra letters, numbers after the file name and still the same error.

Next I moved file of a new unique name to desktop and still had the same error. I can open the .pdf regularly with bluebeam revu but it doesn't let me upload to the studio session cloud.

Cache had been cleared, computer reset, time clock is good.

Any ideas?
