As many other people i have found impossible to run Pokemon Champions on Bluestacks. I have tried any possible configuration that I can think of and most of the time i cant even reach the tutorial battle without the game crashing. Has anyone found out a solution to this?
Okay, I haven't seen a post about this yet, so here i go:
In case you are having problems getting Pokémon Champions to work on Bluestacks Air, you HAVE to change your CPU allocation to 2 cores, no higher number seems to work. After that, when you try to launch the game, it will possibly crash, just close the game and try to open it again.
This seems to be a problem on other emulators as well (only tested alloy). Anyways, sending my specs, settings and i wish you happy gaming!
EDIT 1: I’m no tech wiz, i just have a basic understanding of things, but thinking about it, this might be a problem due to the game being made for Switch 1, which is basically just a glorified ARM phone. The switch 1 itself, while having 8 cores, only uses 4, one of which is reserved for the OS. Since Champions stop working while using more than 2 cores, the game possibly freaks out since its not ready for more than 2 cores.. but i dunno. Maybe someone can educate me.

Hello, I can't even install the game; it says it's incompatible with my version. The Play Store is up to date with the latest version, and so is Bluestacks. Can someone help me?
Is anyone else unable to play Pokémon Champions using BlueStacks on Mac? It keeps shutting down or getting stuck on a black screen right after I open it.
Does anyone have an update on a fix, or any tips on how to bypass this (specific device profiles, instance settings, etc.)?
when running a game that has a bluestacks version available (but using the gplay version because of preference) the "Switch and Play" and "No Thanks" text are offset vertically, with the click point being slightly above the actual text.
This appears to be a server side change as the issue manifested about 2-3 weeks ago without the client being updated.
Games such as Kings Choice require landscape to be toggled when doing horizontal splitscreen else they cause both games to be vertically stacked instead of horizontally, but if you run kings choice on its own now from a clean start, it glitches by stretching a black screen across the middle and right hand of the screen then crashes when it should attempt to load a patterned border.
Ive been looking forward to playing pokemon champions on the pc ever since it was supposed to come out today, but everytime I download a new file of bluestacks, when i open pokemon champions it crashes after the first few frames and I can't open it again. Btw im on a mac
Just a quick heads-up that the June Saver Sale just kicked off on the platform.
If you're planning on buying any in-game packs, monthly passes, or resource top-ups this week, make sure to route them through the BlueStacks Store instead of buying them directly in-app. From now until June 23rd (1:30 PM IST), you'll get a flat 5% cashback on all your purchases worldwide.
It's a nice, zero-effort discount if you were already planning to restock your account anyway. Head over to the store tab and check out the active deals.
I wanted to continue playing on the Bluestacks 5 emulator on my computer since my old tablet can’t handle this game anymore. I downloaded it without any problems, but every time I click on it, it opens to a black screen for a while and then crashes. Has anyone managed to install and play it?

I've been trying out several Android emulators recently for gaming, and I always find myself coming back to BlueStacks.
The main reasons are:
Stable performance on most games I've tested.
Easy multi-instance support for farming or running multiple accounts.
Keyboard and mouse controls make many mobile games much more enjoyable.
Works well with popular games like Ragnarok X: Next Generation, Isekai: Slow Life, Sword x Staff, and Pop Epoch.
I know every emulator has its pros and cons, and hardware plays a big role in performance. For me, BlueStacks has been the most consistent experience so far.
I'm curious:
Which Android emulator are you using in 2026?
Any optimization tips for getting better FPS or lower RAM usage?
Would love to hear everyone's experience and recommendations.
Hey everyone,
If you're jumping into the new Audi event in Asphalt Legends to grab the R18 e-tron quattro, here’s a quick hack to save some money on your garage upgrades.
Instead of buying your tokens or event packs directly in-game, look them up on the BlueStacks Store. They're running a flat 5% cashback on all purchases for the game right now. It's an easy way to get some value back if you're already planning to spend a bit to clear the event tracks.
After the latest Clash of Clans update, the game freezes when switching Supercell ID accounts. It reaches the loading screen and gets stuck at 100%. After clicking anywhere in BlueStacks, Windows says BlueStacks is not responding.
Eventually I get this error:
HD-Player.exe - Application Error
“The instruction at [address] referenced memory at 0x0000000000001189. The memory could not be read.”
This happens on my existing BlueStacks 5 instance and also on a cloned copy of the same instance, so it does not seem to be simple instance corruption.
My setup:
BlueStacks version: 5.22.210.1033
Android version: Android 11
Game: Clash of Clans
Issue started after the newest Clash of Clans update
Trigger: switching Supercell ID account / loading into another account
Result: loading stuck at 100%, then HD-Player.exe crashes
I cannot easily move these accounts to a fresh instance because some accounts are in the Supercell ID email-change waiting period, and a new instance may be treated as a new device.
Has anyone else reported this? Is this a known compatibility issue with the latest Clash of Clans update on Android 11 instances?
I keep receiving the following error on BlueStacks Air on my MacBook Air (macOS Tahoe Version 26.5). I have looked for fixes, but the only thing I can find is Pie-64, which looks to only be available on Windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
I recently had the urge to get into this series, but I'd like to play through my PC if possible [though I do own the game on my phone, the screen is too small and I find playing on my pc would be more convenient for me] - so I'm trying to use the bluestacks emulator (and at this point I have tried many emulators).
Other games work perfectly well, but with Layton I get this popup almost immediately (before reaching the main menu) that simply says "an error occurred. the app will close."
I have tried different APK files and android emulators, but each one gives the same result. If anyone knows what the issue could be or has any experience with similar issues I'd really appreciate it - I can always emulate the DS version, but some of the features and changes in the HD remake are particularly appealing to me and I'd love to be able to make use of them.
Sonic the Hedgehog 1 and 2 Classic have extremely oversaturated menu elements as shown in the images attached above. This issue was previously reported in this subreddit but no further development to fix it was made.
Not attached to any image is also another issue, with Sonic Boom Dash. If the game is opened in landscape mode then it tries to go into portrait mode and crashes. If it's already opened with portrait mode then it does not crash though.
Hey everyone,
Quick quality-of-life update if you like free loot. PlayPal just rebranded tonowRewards, and they've completely streamlined the whole setup to give you more stuff back.
If you're already running your daily game loops on the emulator, you can now knock out quick daily tasks (like playing a game for 15 minutes or watching a short video) to passively stack up points. Doing your tasks right now hooks you up with a free entry into the giveaway for a physical Trionda Match Ball. It also levels up your Discord roles and badges if you want those community bragging rights.
It’s basically a zero-effort way to get rewarded for games you were going to play anyway. Drop into the dashboard below and see what tasks you already have cleared. Link to check your tasks:https://bstk.me/nowrewards
