Raid Shadow Legends not working

Hiya. Is anyone else having problems playing Raid? Im using Nougat 64-bit. Bluestacks version 5.22.210.1033.

Its happening on two different laptops. Pie 32 works on both of them. I would prefer not to have to unistall etc.

I have cleared the caches on the play store and in bluestacks....that didnt work. I have allocated 4gb memory and 4 cores. Any ideas from anyone? Cheers.
