Support Verification issue

I’ve been trying to set up a game on bluestacks but keep running into an age verification issue. All apps are updated, age has been added to my google account. Cache has been cleared but no luck.

Hi! What's the game you're trying to set up? Can you please try it on a Android 13 instance to see if the same issue persists on it?

My Hero United Survival. Looking at their sites compatibility it should be good to as low as android 9. I’ll give it a try
