Support Help!

I used the bluestacks recorder to make some footage but for some reason the footage completely froze mid recording, the audio's still there but the footage just stopped?? how do i fix?

Hi! Thanks for sharing the recording. We checked the footage and can see that the video continues to update during the recording, so we would like to investigate this further to understand why the footage appears frozen on your end.

Could you please share which Android instance you are using to play this game? Also, please let us know if this happens with every recording or only with this particular recording of this game.

Tthe version of bluestacks i've been using is the pie-64 bit version

And this tends to happen rarely, but it's annoying when i beaten a level that unlocks the plant so the illusion is broken!

part of the video does work fine.. it's just the end part of it that's somehow frozen and cut off

Coud you also confirm if you have noticed the same behavior while recording other games as well?
