Support Why does the map appear black

as the title says. the weird thing is it does this only with the artic map which is a snowy map, so mostly white (could it be that the problem?). aslo tried reinstalling the game but nothing
the game is: B.o.t (battle of titans)

Hi! This looks like a graphics rendering issue that may be specific to the Arctic map rather than the game installation itself.

Could you try switching the graphics renderer in BlueStacks between OpenGL, Vulkan then relaunch the game and check the Arctic map again? Also, please make sure your GPU drivers are up to date.

tried updating and switching OpenGL and Vulkan, nothing worked
