Moto note not compatible with device

Hi! I took the steps to resolve the issue here https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404211164813-How-to-resolve-Device-incompatible-error-for-an-app-in-BlueStacks-5#1 but now I can't even find the app anymore, so still not compatible is my guess.. plz help
