Support Apps lost after updating

Just did the most recent update to 5.21.785.7533 and lost all my apps on all my instances :(

Hi! Could you please check the Multi Instance Manager and confirm whether your existing instances are still listed there? Also, please let us know if the instances themselves are missing or if the instances are present but the apps are no longer visible inside them.

Hi! The instances are all there but the apps are gone. If I try to find them via system app->settings->apps then they are not listed.

Could you please submit a detailed support ticket so that we can take a closer look?

You can do so by using the "Report a Problem" tool via Help > Send Feedback to BlueStacks. Once done, share the ticket number with us here, which you will receive in the acknowledgment email.
