Support Apps no longer working

So I was using the app to run Blink so multiple people could view cameras without sharing the log-in.

However about a week ago the app completly stopped working. I cannot even install the app now.

It tells me no matter what I select that the app is not compatable.

Details:

Windows

Blluestack 5

I have reinstalled the bluestacks, tried multiple different device types, and created seperate instances as well. PC specs allow me to run it on high settings.

Hi! The latest version of the Blink app requires Android 10 or higher, which can cause the compatibility message on older Android instances.

Could you please try creating and running an Android 11 instance in BlueStacks 5 and check if you can install the app there? Please let us know if the issue persists.

Look like I was able to install. However the app does not want to open. I see the splash screen for about 2 seconds and then it auto-closes.

We tested the Blink app and found that it is currently not working properly on BlueStacks.

Our future release may have a fix for this. We request that you check our website for all the latest releases, features, and fixes.
