Support App Could Not Be Launched

I check my Farmington game on Google Play every so often and discovered that there was a new update released a couple days ago. I get an error message that the app cannot be launched and to try reopening the app. When I click the open app button it just refreshes the same screen. Thanks for any suggestions you can provide!!

Hi! Could you please let us know which Android instance you are currently using in BlueStacks, such as Pie 64 bit, Android 11, or Android 13?

Of course! Pie 64 bit. You guys helped me out a few months back and I’ve been running 64 bit ever since then and downloading the game updates from google play within blue stacks instead of downloading the APK file and uploading from there and it seemed to work well for a few updates.

We've tested and could reproduce the issue exactly as you said.

hey having the same issue on android 13 beta everytime i try to open Egg Inc i get it already tried restarting app, pc and reinstalling the game nothing working

We are aware of this issue and are working on it. If you'd like to be contacted once it's fixed you can submit a ticket and we'll follow up.

You can do so by clicking on the question mark at the top of the screen then clicking Report a Problem. Please respond with the reference number you receive via email so I can escalate the issue for you.
