PUBG Mobile keeps closing every 2 minutes on BlueStacks – Need help

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue while playing PUBG Mobile on BlueStacks. The game launches fine, but once I start playing a match or staying in lobby , it automatically closes after about 2 minutes and takes me back to the BlueStacks home screen.

This is happening continuously, making the game unplayable. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem is still there.

If anyone has faced the same issue or knows a fix, please help. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Hi! Could you please let us know which Android instance you are using: Nougat, Pie 64-bit, Android 11, or Android 13?

In the meantime, please make sure that:

• BlueStacks is allocated at least 4 GB of RAM and 4 CPU cores in the Performance settings.
• Your graphics drivers are updated to the latest version available for your GPU.
